Good morning my Brothers and Sisters
Today's reflection
Live as free men yet without using your freedom as a cloak of evil... Live as servants of God.
Today we celebrate freedom but do we understand what freedom truly is? Do you really want to do what you want when you want? How will this impact people around you whom you say you love? Do you want to consider the person you likely will become in even 1 year with that kind of life?
Freedom rather is the fullness of your life's potential and the adventure of your potential lived out across time. No one knows your potential other than God. Moses said "Let my people go so that they may worship." Freedom is so that we can be in relationship with God in order to unlock our potential. Jesus beggs us to follow Him. His yoke is easy and burden light. Freedom involves following but who do you follow?
Do not follow or believe those who use the word freedom as a kind of bludgeon to take from others or force others to conform to unnatural things. This is not freedom and this will lead to eternal suffering. You have inherent dignity and you are free. Recognize who you are and what Jesus is offering you. Do not be afraid.
God bless you all and remember that God loves you and so do I
"Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:15-20
Gathering in Christ's name is submitting to his will. We don't invoke the name of God for selfish purposes, this is taking the Lord’s name in vain. What do you really want? Do you truly want more stuff or is it peace. The peace that comes from knowing and living in harmony with the God of the Universe.
Ask for wisdom, courage, humility, love and it will be given to you. These and other virtues are freely offered knowing that they will bring you closer in relationship with Jesus.
Gather and be yoked with believers. Bind yourself to the truth. Seek the Kingdom of God first. This is the path to eternal life and the adventure of today. Do not be afraid.
God bless you all and remember that God loves you and so do I. Memento Mori

Good morning my Brothers and Sisters. Today's reflection
"Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 18:1-5, 10, 12-14
Trusting is not something easily done. Especially for men who seek control or women who have been abused. Today's society has many who struggle with depression and anxiety because in part there is a feeling of hopelessness and fear that the weight of the world is carried by them alone.
When we enter into relationship with Jesus we receive a promise that never fails. A promise that is eternal coming from the source of all love and goodness.
Today is the day to let go of your fear and trust in the Father's plan for your life. Run towards Jesus and never leave his side. Allow the Blessed Mother to comfort you In her embrace. Learn from the Saints who walked this same pilgrimage in life and faced all the fears and doubts...
