Good morning my Brothers and Sisters
Today's reflection
If I... do not have love, it profits me nothing.
How many people can say that they know what love is? Can anyone say with understanding that they love their wife and love their car in the same breath? Sadly, many use the word love with no understanding of what love is. Jesus tells us that there is no greater love than to lay one's life down for a friend. We also read that one may find strength to sacrifice for a just and good man but Jesus offered Himself while yet we are all sinners. Paul tells us that love is patient, kind, doesn't seek its own advantage. What do you actually mean when you say you love? Will you sacrifice yourself for another with nothing to gain personally other than the satisfaction that you loved another to their benefit? Will you love your wife and family as Christ loved the Church and offer your body to be crucified daily for them? What does love mean for you?
Today, right now, become a man who loves. Be sacrificial and selfless. As a farmer who toils in his field. He labors, plants, waters, then waits as God works on the seed. Love others in this same way. Rejoice in God's handiwork and love other's fruitfulness. Know that your joy is their gain. Your reward will be great in Heaven. Do not be afraid.
God bless you all and remember that God loves you and so do I
"Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:15-20
Gathering in Christ's name is submitting to his will. We don't invoke the name of God for selfish purposes, this is taking the Lord’s name in vain. What do you really want? Do you truly want more stuff or is it peace. The peace that comes from knowing and living in harmony with the God of the Universe.
Ask for wisdom, courage, humility, love and it will be given to you. These and other virtues are freely offered knowing that they will bring you closer in relationship with Jesus.
Gather and be yoked with believers. Bind yourself to the truth. Seek the Kingdom of God first. This is the path to eternal life and the adventure of today. Do not be afraid.
God bless you all and remember that God loves you and so do I. Memento Mori

Good morning my Brothers and Sisters. Today's reflection
"Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 18:1-5, 10, 12-14
Trusting is not something easily done. Especially for men who seek control or women who have been abused. Today's society has many who struggle with depression and anxiety because in part there is a feeling of hopelessness and fear that the weight of the world is carried by them alone.
When we enter into relationship with Jesus we receive a promise that never fails. A promise that is eternal coming from the source of all love and goodness.
Today is the day to let go of your fear and trust in the Father's plan for your life. Run towards Jesus and never leave his side. Allow the Blessed Mother to comfort you In her embrace. Learn from the Saints who walked this same pilgrimage in life and faced all the fears and doubts...
